Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
PSA is a filtration technology, which utilizes carbon molecular sieve (CMS) to separate the nitrogen from the other gasses. The PSA system contains two beds of CMS, which simultaneously either receives compressed air or leads the adsorbed gasses out of the PSA-beds.
Membrane Technology
Air separation using Membrane Technology is established by forcing compressed air into a vessel containing a hollow tube in the middle surrounded by a polymeric hollow fibre. These hollow fibres selectively permeate oxygen, water vapour and other impurities out of its side walls, allowing nitrogen to flow through its centre and emerge as product. The key to nitrogen production is our advanced hollow-fibre membrane cartridge.
